Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Barmby during the 2000-01 season when the side battled against relegation under boss Walter Smith. Barmby had joined the club during the 1996-97 season in a £5.75M deal and he went on to enjoy a 4-year spell on the blue side of the city before a shock move to rivals Liverpool in July 2000 and, therefore, this shirt was not worn by the player. Barmby made 132 appearances and netted 24 goals as a Toffee.
